Description

Fried rice is the perfect way to use up leftover takeout rice or just an easy meal to make for lunch. This vegetable only version consists of onions, peppers and peas. But you can throw in any combination of fresh or frozen veggies that you like. Often times I will keep bags of the vegetable medleys in my freezer and just use those for a quicker option.
