Description

This is a simple but delicious pork and cabbage gyoza. This works best because of salting and draining most of the water from the cabbage keeps your filling from getting soggy and wet. Takes a little bit of time to form the dumplings but using store bought wrappers is preferred. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce, but a nice vinegar based one, like listed here, works great to cut the fattiness of the pork and brighten up the dish.
